Before your first visit, you’ll complete intake forms and reflect on your current eating patterns and health goals.
Prior to Initial Consultation
We’ll discuss your health history, medications, eating and lifestyle patterns, and past experiences with weight management. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that fits your life
Consultation
Follow-up sessions focus on reviewing progress and challenges, adjust nutrition strategies as needed, and strengthen habits and decision-making skills.

Self-Pay/Cash Pay Rates
Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $220
Follow-up Visits (30-45 minutes): $165
Payment is due at or before time of service.
Insurance
I am currently self-pay while completing insurance credentialing.
Superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
