About The Practice
Hi, I’m Candice and I am a registered dietitian providing evidence-based nutrition care for adults navigating weight management and metabolic health concerns.
My clinical background includes working with individuals using weight-loss medications and those preparing for or recovering from bariatric surgery. I help clients build sustainable habits that support long-term health, not short-term fixes. Many of the individuals I work with are managing additional concerns such as PCOS, diabetes, insulin resistance, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. Some are early in their journey, while others are rebuilding after years of dieting that no longer felt effective or aligned.
Regardless of the starting point, my approach is grounded in clinical evidence, individualized care, and structure.
My Approach
I approach nutrition through a practical lens, taking into account each client’s medical history, current health conditions, medications, lifestyle constraints, cultural background, and food preferences. Recommendations are individualized and designed to be sustainable over time rather than optimized for short-term perfection.
My role is to help clients make informed decisions, anticipate challenges, and maintain nutritional adequacy while supporting meaningful, measurable progress. I provide clear guidance, grounded recommendations, and ongoing support, while expecting engagement, follow-through, and accountability in return.

Bariatric surgery
Sustainable weight loss

You can expect:
A professional, judgment-free environment
Clear communication and realistic recommendations
Ongoing support that evolves as your needs change
A focus on long-term outcomes, not quick fixes
-
I work best with adults who are motivated, reflective, and open to a structured process.
Many of my clients are balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, or prior experiences with dieting that no longer feel aligned with their goals.
They value evidence-based guidance, consistency, and accountability, and are seeking care that supports long-term health rather than short-term fixes.
-
Individuals with an active or uncontrolled eating disorder requiring a higher level of care
Individuals under the age of 18
Those seeking rigid meal plans
When appropriate, I am happy to help guide individuals toward resources or providers better suited to their needs.
